Had to pull RC4 after the OreDict decided to explode. RC5 will not be a true "release candidate", but a holdover until the bugged mod gets fixed, and it made more sense than calling it 4.5!
Immersive HempCraft updated with bugfix from OsHeaven. Also, config updated to allow hemp seeds to drop from tall grass again.
Pam's Harvestcraft config updated to make the water-to-fresh-water conversion not such a slog.

I feel like we're getting close to the full release, in spite of this most recent setback. Please report any bugs you find!
