What's new
- Fixed Napalm recipe from using the default gasoline from IP, now it uses the Fuelium fuel;
- Added NetherPortalFix mod;
- Added a way to reprocess "Spent Nuclear Waste";
- Added "Circuit Board" for each of circuit tiers;
- Changed the recipe for ALL Control Circuits, please, it WILL BREAK your autocrafting, so you need to set the recipes again as needed;
- Changed the recipe of the CPUs of RFTools Control;
- Made Infinite Oil Chunks only generate in Mesa, Desert, Ocean and Deep Ocean biomes;
- Boosted reservoir chance from 78% to 91%;
- Nerfed default oil reservoir to challenge players to build an oil rig on desert/mesa/ocean;
- Fixed steel in TConstruct smeltery not casting into the Mekanism Steel block.
