
FallenLands is a 12.2 modpack that centers around the idea of playing together. In my experiences with Minecraft, multiplayer servers tend to be solo adventures with other people around. My goal with this modpack is allow players to play as they want, but with the hope that they will group up and play together or at least interact. A secondary goal for this modpack is to keep it from getting too big and too computer intensive. Updates I do will mostly be on the server end, in the form of custom made dungeons, NPCs, storyline, quests, and more. Will there be added mods or updates to mods? Sure, but I'll try to keep those to a minimum.

- A full magic system (most of which you have to find/loot)
- Various types of storage: chests, barrels, even a computer system
- Use just about anything for fuel: animals, zombie flesh, sunlight, wind, etc.
- A full cooking system, complete with kitchen appliances
- Several tech based paths to go (extra utilities, ic2, buildcraft)
- Custom NPCs

While many of the features are basic in the modpack, the official server has its own customization on the server side. To keep people from greifing, many things are handled through the admins. For example, no one can make custom npcs and kill you with them. Instead, the admin will sell guards to protect your guild from mobs or anyone who should do you harm. We're also have a custom storyline, quests, dungeons, mobs, bosses, AI, and more to come.
