The quest book is designed to guide the player through the early game and to offer a step by step guide to mods such as Tinker's Construct, Agricraft, GrowthCraft, and Pam's HarvestCraft. Designed to be a kitchen sink experience with emphasis on adventure, Fairweather features Mods like: Tinker's Construct, Construct's Armory, Ice and Fire, Lycanite's Mobs, Engender, and Dragon Mounts. Along side these are tech mods to provide the ability to automate both power and ore production.
