As you always should, make a backup of your server/worlds(s) before updating

 

Unzip the downloaded file and start server by clicking on run.bat (Windows) or run.sh (Mac/Linux). Server tested on Windows 10. You will need to have Java 17 installed. Default ram usage is 4gb. If you are using a third party host, contact their support team for information on how to install server packs.

Do you get this error: Description: Exception in server tick loop? Your server is not powerful enough to run the pack as is. An imperfect fix is to set max-tick-time to -1 in server.properties.
