Config:
Changed and fixed some things about /rtp;
Allowed /enderchest;
Fixed (hopefully) no flight zone;
Set EMC loss to 50% instead of 75%;
Fixed EMC dupe with Ars Nouveau arrows (items are not consumed on the craft, but EMC values where set as if they where. Thanks, EvilCraft weather accumulator loot for bringing my attention to that).
