F.O.G. of Magic

This update fixes a longstanding issue some folks encountered while attempting to play multiplayer: the dreaded Authentication Servers are Down message. Unfortunately, we had remove a few mods to fix this.

As well, almost all mods are updated to their latest versions (except Ice and Fire, which other mods require an earlier version or will instantly crash)
