Remove DesertUpgrade (i do not like the mod as i thought i would , feels very clumsy and unfinished)

Added some Recipe for Witherbone since ForgeOredict messed up oncwe again

Added EndportalFrame Recipe and disable Usage of that Frame (for Dimensional Dungeons Keywriting)

Scaled the max Difficulty up to 5000 which will take a long while to reach.
Scaled it so the game isnt getting too hard too quickly ^-^

Removed Carryon due to some weird interactions with other mods 

Removed DoggyTalents because dogs keep getting deleted when Traveling Dimensions

Removed Greater Eye Of Ender and replaced with Structure Compass

Removed Morpheus (will be in Serverpack)

Removed PotionRings Reforked (effects dont stack with other items makes those rings obsolete and never used because of their expensive recipe)

Some Recipes Are Likely To be Added while we are playing through the pack and notice any problems ourselves.
