To migrate your Waypoints in the Dead Zone, navigate to this instance of Minecraft in curse, click the three dots top right and click Open Folder.

Copy the XaeroWaypoints folder, update this modpack, and then re-paste the folder to preserve any custom waypoints you may have added. This process SHOULD be automatic, but just a good idea to keep those safe.
