Description
1) Basic weapon and tools aren't good enought. Try to craft TConstruct tools from flint or bone asap.
2) Veinminer works with TConstruct tools.
3) It's a good idea to wear a couple of torches )) Also, you may place it with custom key. Just put them in any inventory slot.
4) Builders wand and chiesel will help you to build faster and more beautiful.
5) Are you looking for hardcore fighting - explore Roguelike and Doomlike dungeons.
6) There is the slightly extended armory.
7) There are some simple (and cheap) storage system ("modular system"). Otherwise you may use ironchests, bags and chest transporter at anytime.
8) Try out baubles and their rings.
9) Use warp scrolls in emergency situations.
10) Test a scrambled eggs with bacon :)
11) You can convert metals between mods (see recepies in the JER system)
12) Added some simple crafts, like stick from saplings or leather from the saddle, etc.
