General Fixes:
-Fixed broken plates and dust recipes for various metals
-Unified create plates to thermal in smeltery and create press
-Added all liquid xp fluids to cyclic solidifier
-Fixed cyclic's sleeping mat bug when used in nether
-Fixed cyclic's fluid cables visual disconnection when placing
-Fixed possible deadlock due to trying to load waystone during saving of waystone
-Fixed sharestones being silk-touchable resulting in orphan sharestones that can't be removed
-Fixed world gen issues during wystone generation
-Fixed another bug where on first load the chunks around player fail to load
-Fixed a chunkloading bug which caused tps issues

Mekanism performance update:
-Fixed a variety of issues related to transmitter networks
-Fixed not always syncing contents to the client properly outside the player's respawn dimension
-Rewrote how orphan transmitters handle and check for compatible buffers/transmitters. This cleans up the code a bunch and should fix some edge cases where invalid networks could potentially merge an end up voiding the contents of one. The new method should be faster and better for performance
-Removed the helpers to create empty networks and just create them out of zero merged networks
-Fix buffered networks not properly inheriting chunks in from the network it merges with causing it to not be able to ensure all the tiles get properly saved when things change
-Fixed some things not being properly cleared when deregistering a network even though most likely this all would get garbage collected anyways
-Slightly adjust how we keep track of orphans and networks in need of changing
-Add in some better handling related to if a transmitter gets revived/flickers to hopefully be able to handle being loaded inside a glitched out chunk (may not actually matter)
-Restructured how the OrphanPathfinder works to make use of the new buffer checking system and also check things in a more performant order and skip checking things for positions that don't need checking

Special:
-Fixed Minecolonies supply camp positions sometimes beeing a bit off
-Fixed archer trainees not eating
-Fixed Repurposed Structures Mushroom Dungeons basically never spawning
-Totem of regeneration has been nerfed to regeneration 2, from 100(lul)
-Added charging slot to cyclic battery

-Any mod that had an update available to a stable version (78+)
