Hotfix: Removed client and server mods and bumped version

Client changes:

- removed Resistance Balancer because of continuous server crashes
- bumped Oritech Things to 0.0.19 because the server wouldn't start with 0.0.18

Server changes:

- removed Distration Free Recipies mod from server because it's a client mod
