Recipe Changes

- Pretty pipes now uses bronze for recipes rather than brass
- Pretty pipes crafting terminal is now crafted with the crafting table instead of mechanical crafting

- removed obituaries by default
- added gravestone friendly ghosts to defend you when retrieving items
- Portstones are cheaper to use
- Completely revamped the quest reward structure
