This pack is an adventure modpack made to highlight the potential of vanilla progression. This modpack is inspired by terrarias progression. This modpack won't take as much time as a lot of modpacks need to get into, but a lot longer than your average kitchen sink pack. The progression from the overworld to the nether to the end will feel like a journey. You'll spend a lot more time in the overworld before your first nether trip, and once you're there it should feel like a whole new game opening up.
Each of the vanilla dimensions should feel like a massive dungeon in and of itself.
The overworld has more content than many aspects of the base game. Dangerous enemies, dungeons, and countless new biomes including massive cave biomes. You'll need to explore it thoroughly before the option to enter the nether opens up.
As soon as the nether is unlocked you should have enough new content that you'll be satisfied for a while before you decide to move on to the end. The goal is to add enough mechanics to each dimension that you'll want to take a two week trip into the nether to strip it of all it's loot. Be careful because once you enter the nether you enter expert mode and the rest of the game will get much harder.
The end will be the final section of the game with the final difficulty spike. You will enter master mode once the ender dragon is killed, which is a much harder task than in the vanilla game. This grueling fight will unlock the entirety of the end with all the dungeons and loot you can get your hands on.
This pack is a WIP so the recipe and balancing changes will come throughout the development of the pack.
