PROGRESS REPORT:

So the pack is being rebuilt from scratch, it kept crashing before it even got past the launcher and all my attempts to troubleshoot it failed horribly. Some mods have been removed in the process to slim down the modpack a bit. The goal still is to have the pack released for you by December 25th. Also, the new version will no longer be the 1.8.0 beta version. It will be returned to 1.0.0 as a full release version and as I continue to update the pack, beta versions will be archived as I release release versions matching them. Continuing, I have also decided to omit KubeJS from the modpack, however, a litany of quests will still be coming your way, quests that will help you tell your story and build your world from the ground up. Finally, a rebrand, the "Shape the World" will be removed from the title and the pack shall upon the release of the release version be known as Expanded Horizons I. Thank you for being patient, I am truly sorry that the update has taken this long and I sincerely hope that everyone has a great Thanksgiving weekend.

Expanded Horizons is a modpack that enhances many of the features within Minecraft already, adding new ways to fish with Aquaculture and several new crops and foods with Croptopia. It also expands all three Vanilla Dimensions and adds many new mobs and biomes. Many Vanilla structures have been revamped with the YUNG's Mod Series and you may find a new way to trade underground. You may also explore some new dimensions, namely The Twilight Forest and The Otherside as well as have many new way to build and decorate those builds. Several Quality of Life Mods have also been added in an extensive effort to improve the player experience.

Version 1.7.0 is out now! Adding several new mods such as Buzzier Bees and Mythic Mounts! Several mods have been updated and a few have been removed.

I hope you all enjoy the new direction I’m going with this modpack! Any suggestions and criticism to help me further develop this modpack into it’s best state will be MUCH appreciated.
