Config changes:

• Voicechat: configured port to bind server.
• Shaders: Reviewed the shaders config, now ores should be glowing properly.
• Waystones: set xp no cost to true
• Hordes: tweaks to config file, now hordes will spawn less often and with less mobs, more randomized.
• Mekanism: Set vein miner to true, so it will work with all ores.
• Monster Plus: Disable Mother lava squid.
• Jei: add more lines to recipes -> 16 to 22.
• Ftb chunks: set chunk loading to always, so it will load chunks in the background when no players are online.
