The Wither Storm has arrived.

Evasion - Wither Storm Survival is an apocalyptic survival modpack built around one simple idea: you can’t stay safe forever.

The storm grows. The world changes. Cities become your source of survival, the sky becomes your escape route, and every day gives you another reason to move.

Scavenge abandoned cities, build an arsenal, master powerful spells, defend your base, take to the skies, and eventually become strong enough to stop running.

Because the longer you survive, the harder the world becomes.

🌪️ The Wither Storm

At the center of the pack is Cracker’s Wither Storm Mod, supported by additional mods such as Wither Storm Combat and The Lightbringer.

This isn’t a boss that sits in one location waiting for you to prepare.

The Wither Storm is a constantly evolving threat that can consume enormous amounts of terrain, destroy structures, spawn dangerous creatures, and turn the surrounding environment into chaos.

As it grows, you’ll encounter increasingly dangerous phases of the apocalypse, including massive tractor beams, destructive attacks, mutant enemies, and the threat of Wither Sickness.

At the beginning, you may only be able to run.

Later, you’ll have the weapons, magic, technology, and resources to fight back.

The question isn’t whether the storm will find you. It’s whether you’ll be ready when it does.

🏙️ Scavenge a World of Ruins

The Overworld has been transformed with The Lost Cities, alongside a large collection of structure and world-generation mods.

Explore enormous abandoned cities filled with:

• Skyscrapers and ruined buildings
• Highways and underground areas
• Abandoned villages and fortresses
• Hidden structures and loot
• New biomes and landscapes
• Underground cave systems
• Rare resources and equipment

Mods such as Structures+, Better Villages, ChoiceTheorem’s Overhauled Village, YUNG’s Better Caves, Biomes O’ Plenty, Sky Villages, Better Fortresses, and Prefab make exploration much more varied than standard Minecraft.

But the ruins aren’t safe.

The best loot is often found in the most dangerous places, and spending too long searching a building can leave you with a much bigger problem than whatever was inside the chest.

🔫 Build Your Arsenal

When the world is falling apart, a wooden sword isn’t going to be enough.

Timeless and Classics Zero (TaCZ) gives you a modern firearm system with a wide range of customizable weapons and attachments.

Build your loadout around the way you want to play:

• Assault rifles for close and mid-range combat
• Snipers for long-distance encounters
• Pistols and compact weapons for emergencies
• Specialized attachments for different situations
• Additional weapon customization through TaCZ integrations

The pack also includes TaCZ IronsArms, combining the firearm and magic systems, as well as TaCZ Gucci & Vuitton Attachments for additional weapon customization.

And if guns aren’t enough, Legendary Fantasy Swords adds powerful custom melee weapons for players who prefer getting up close.

With Iron’s Spells ’n Spellbooks, you can develop an entirely different approach to survival.

Learn and upgrade spells, experiment with different abilities, and build a powerful magic setup alongside your conventional equipment.

Use offensive spells to destroy enemies, defensive abilities to protect yourself, and utility magic to get out of situations where bullets aren’t enough.

The pack also includes EMC for Iron’s Spellbooks and ProjectE Integration, allowing the magic and transmutation systems to work together as you progress further into the pack.

You don’t have to choose between technology and magic. Use both.

✈️ When the Ground Isn’t Safe, Take to the Sky

Eventually, there may be places you simply can’t reach on foot.

That’s where Immersive Aircraft, Iron Jetpacks, Paragliders, and Aviator Dreams come in.

Build and fly aircraft to travel across huge distances, use jetpacks for rapid vertical movement, or glide through the world when you need a quick escape.

Aircraft aren’t just transportation in Evasion.

They’re a way to stay ahead of an enemy that can destroy the terrain beneath you.

🛡️ Build, Defend, and Survive

Not every moment has to be spent running.

SecurityCraft gives you tools to protect your important locations, while Effortless Building makes constructing defenses and large structures much faster.

Use Prefab to get useful structures started quickly, establish safe areas, and create bases that can withstand the dangers outside.

With Waystones, Explorer’s Compass, and Sophisticated Backpacks, you’ll also have better tools for navigating the world and managing everything you collect during your expeditions.

Your base isn’t just somewhere to sleep.

It’s your foothold in a world that’s trying to erase you.

💰 From Scavenging to Transmutation

Early-game survival is about finding whatever you can.

Late-game survival is about making your own resources.

ProjectE introduces EMC-based transmutation, allowing you to turn valuable resources into other materials once you’ve progressed far enough.

Combined with Mob Grinding Utils, ProjectE Integration, and EMC for Iron’s Spellbooks, the late game opens up a completely different style of progression.

You start by desperately searching ruined buildings for supplies.

Eventually, you can create the supplies yourself.

If you survive that long.

🎒 Built for Exploration

The pack includes several quality-of-life and exploration features designed to make a large-scale survival world easier to manage.

Sophisticated Backpacks gives you expandable portable storage for long scavenging trips.

Lootr provides individual loot containers, making exploration more rewarding, especially when playing with others.

Inventory Profiles Next improves inventory management, while JEI makes finding recipes and figuring out crafting requirements much easier.

Waystones and Explorer’s Compass help you navigate a world that can become increasingly difficult to cross on foot.

🎨 Recommended Visuals

BSL Shaders are included and recommended for the intended visual experience.

The combination of BSL’s lighting, shadows, atmosphere, and the Wither Storm’s massive destruction makes the apocalypse feel much more dramatic while still keeping the world recognizably Minecraft.

Shaders are optional, so you can disable them or lower their settings if you need more FPS.

📋 Recommended Settings

RAM

Around 4–5 GB is recommended for most systems.

If your computer has only 8 GB of total RAM, avoid allocating too much to Minecraft. Your operating system still needs memory to run everything else.

Shaders

BSL Shaders are recommended, but completely optional.

If you’re struggling with performance, lower the shader quality first before changing the rest of the pack.

Performance Mods

The included optimization mods are part of the pack’s intended setup, so keeping them enabled is recommended.

The world is changing around you.

You might spend one day scavenging a ruined city for ammunition.

The next, you could be flying across the map because the ground behind you is being ripped apart.
