This is hardcore modpack experience where it's always winter, fight for shelther and warmth as you fight off the mobs of the night. Explore caves deep underground with extra ores that make mining a little more fun. Always paying attention to your body temperature and keep it in check make sure to not get hypothermia. Will you put on wool armor for warmth at the expense of damage resist. or will you suit up in full diamond armor and be a tank but get hypothermia much faster? There is no escape from the cold, even in the desert its deadly freezing. In the day it is safe to explore, in the night it is dark, and even colder without the heat from the sun. You have to always be on the move to keep your temperature up. Explore the overworld to find dungeons and structures for loot. Huddle up next to a camp fire to keep yourself warm. Customize your cozy cottage with furniture, storage and decor. Your food goes bad make sure to keep it in a freezer to prolong the time, no more having stacks and stacks of food.
