1. Content & Distribution Rules

- When publishing Let’s-Play / showcase videos, clearly credit the original authors: StarMaple, Shao_Zhige, FireFly_Project, and “Starmaple Fantasy Team”.
- Do not re-upload the modpack, modified versions, or any exclusive assets to unofficial mirrors. Official distribution is limited to CurseForge, Modrinth (if added), MC百科, XyeBBS, and MineBBS. Any other source is unauthorized.
- Modified packs may be used for videos only if you list every change and credit the original authors.
- Selling, paywalling, or bundling this pack (or its music/assets) for profit is strictly prohibited.

2. Original Music (Suno AI + Starmaple Fantasy Team)

- Theme song “Shadows Loom” and ending song “Dawn Breaks Again” are owned by Suno AI / Starmaple Fantasy Team.
- Free streaming is permitted on authorized platforms (Tencent Music / Bilibili). No resale or paid redistribution.
- You may use these tracks as BGM in videos if you credit: “From MC modpack Explore the Bright World 2 (ETBW2) — © Suno AI / Starmaple Fantasy Team” and use the original release version.
- Covers are allowed with the same credit. Any remix/derivative requires written permission or an official Afdian sponsorship tier.

3. Community Conduct

- No harassment of dev team members, no malicious defamation, no illegal/off-topic content.
- Bug reports are welcome — please check the latest changelog first.

4. Access & Sponsorship

- The pack itself is free to play. Afdian sponsorship (https://afdian.com/a/starmaple38) only grants early-access preview builds and remix permissions — never required to play the public release.
- Early-access builds must not be leaked publicly.

5. Enforcement

Violations (unauthorized rehosting, missing credits, music misuse, commercial use) may result in takedown requests, revocation of early-access rights, and removal from official channels. Repeat offenders forfeit all granted rights without refund.

6. Third-Party Mods

This pack includes third-party mods (Aether, Cataclysm, Shadowlands, Arcanmira, Born in Chaos, etc.). Those remain under their original authors’ licenses; if any conflict arises, the third-party license prevails. Starmaple Fantasy Team is not liable for third-party content.

Special note for public distributors: The internal “Block Magic Community Special Authorization” clause does not apply to public CurseForge users; public users are governed solely by this Public Distribution Edition and the Minecraft EULA.
