Escape from Jurassic Planet

A new incremental release as I think we're just about getting onto the new level with the End dev and these volcano chappies (no doubt some bugfixes and tweaks to come).

Updates of mods
Removed Streams mod (it's not noticeable as WildNature world-gen is good enough, and will be impacting chunkloading/gen)
Tweaks to beds to stop them being breakable or obtainable as items
Tweak to Stargates to reduce overgerneation of naquadah under lava
Newest End-generation added: trees, and structures etc (including our first Lycanites spawn - though it's rare)
A heap-big massive tonne of preliminary integration scripts written for Fossils/Archeology and Alchemistry
Removal again of the spawn temple (I liked it... though I think it's not for this pack, and I think it is the culprit interfering with respawn-setting for sleeping bags)
