- fixed some gaps in Orlin's Alloy recipes (previously you were unable to make it in the Arc Furnace)
- finished adding new JSG recipes
- removed thermal innovation

- fixed cooling times for some tinkers casting recipes
- only normal hardened glass (lead + obsidian) counts for usual recipes, the rest are now used as "reinforced glass." they're not renamed though, just used differently in recipes.
