Mechanics

• added Orlin's Alloy, which replaces Titanium in Orlin's Stargate recipe. It is composed of 2 parts Titanium and 1 part Electrum.
• added /submittissue command. it will bring you to the issue tracker.
• removed redundant copper, tin, aluminum, bronze, and steel ingots, blocks, and nuggets from Tinkers' Antique
• removed redundant gold & iron dust from AE2
• removed redundant wooden gear from Thermal Foundation

Technical

• changed JSG config a bit
• added silicon carbide. it does nothing as of now
• replaced a couple mods with Cleanroom-compatible forks
• replaced nothirium with celeritas
• moved a couple of XML recipes using AR over to GroovyScript
