Release Candidate 1 (ver 1.0)

I moved the next build to a RC build so i can get it up on the launcher for easier testing.
This is officially our first "Stable" release.
- Added in FTB Chunks
- Added in FTB Quests
- Removed coin drops from mobs
- INCLUDED MAP : EWZ3:ALPHA5 - Test map for a server i've been working on.
