Removed Extra Anvils mod, was causing a lot of users to crash, due to the change in how the gameplay mechanics and combat now play out, stacking enchantments

is no longer required to survive at high levels of gameplay due to the enchantments only offering 33% of their original values because of how Mine and Slash converts data. Furthermore,

gear repairs are done with Mine and Slash benches now.

This should free up a bit of memory for players as well.
