Updates to improve QOL

Balancing updates:

Removed Underground Dragon nests from spawning, can replace in configs if you want them back in, was causing random nests to spawn under the player's home/base

Adjusted mob HP levels and damage

Removed More Commands, was causing issues with textures and did not fit my needs

Added back in Little Tiles - Be sure to set your MIPMAP to 1, 2 or 3, either one works for OPTIFINE USERS ONLY

Added World Edit - now you can adjust your world how you choose
