EQ'S FlashCraft

After some tweaking, I can finally say that EQ's FlashCraft is now 5.0.0! There's been a HUGE overhaul, not to mention an update from Minecraft Versions. We basically deleted everything and started over from scratch. I tried my best to compile an actual, legible changelog of what we did.
