What's new
Just a bunch of Project E related changes:
Changed the transmutation table recipe and is now a lot better looking and just not some random blocks
Changed the recipes of Matters because they were very stupid (kinda impossible to get alot of)
Changed the recipe of Stone transmutation table (it required a transmutation table or philosopher's stone but that makes no sense because its a downgrade)
