Rebuilt the modpack from a pristine FTB Ultimate Reloaded 1.9.0 to fix problems with some items not crafting
Removed the following mods to improve performance:
* Mystcraft
* Mowzies Mobs & LLibrary
* Hats
* In Game Wiki
Note that Mystcraft will likely come back in the next update, the removal is likely temporary. Also being considered for the next update is Better Builders Wand mod.
