Config Changes:
1. Disabled Summon Decoy, Summon Vex, Summon Steed, Summon Wolves from Ars Nouveau due to potential hazards such as unkillable/unremovable entities.
2. Changed starting mana capacity of Ars Nouveau: was 100 and is now 200. Increased max mana per book rank from 50 to 150.
3. Changed the Craft rune to be a starter rune.
