Dedicated server update for modpack version 1.1.

Changes

• Updated NeoForge to 21.1.249 and synchronized server-side mod versions with the client release.
• Included revised Vibranium and Unobtainium nugget quests and descriptions.
• Added renewable nugget production through Ex Deorum sieves:
  • Vibranium: Crushed Netherrack, 2% with Diamond Mesh / 4% with Netherite Mesh.
  • Unobtainium: Crushed End Stone, 1% with Diamond Mesh / 2% with Netherite Mesh.
• Enabled bastions, Nether fossils, and ruined Nether portals alongside fortresses.

Requirements & Update Notes

• Requires Java 21 and matching 1.1 clients.
• Stop the server and back up your world before updating.
• Preserve your world and server-specific settings.
• Remove outdated mod JARs when installing their replacements.
• Update custom startup commands to use the 21.1.249 NeoForge argument-file path.
• Nether generation changes affect new chunks only; no dimension reset is required.
