Engineer's Life

 - increased drop of Hemp seeds from grass.(At least I hope it increased now)

- adjusted Cauldron quest so it now asks you for Low grade charcoal which can burn forever

- added recipe for Tin dust in Millstone(for alloying Bronze ingots)

- enabled Rocket pants needed for quest

- added Tinkers tools to veinminer list

- added recipes for smelting ores in furnace
- you cannot melt ores in Porcelain melter because you need more heat - only ingots\nuggets, but you can still cast liquids for tools. I tried to simplify this process but that's the limitation of the mod
