Tweaks and fixes:
-Pressurezed airtanks are now crafted on an extruder
-Buildcraft's auto worktable is now craftable
-Cooking for blockhead's sink now requires water to be pumped in, instead of providing infinite amounts of water
-Crafting catwalk or catwalk supports now gives a full stack of 64
