I made this modpack because most "horror" modpacks just weren't scary enough. Endless Torture is all about making Minecraft feel uncomfortable and unpredictable. You'll hear weird noises, see things you probably wish you didn't, and never really know if you're actually alone.
Don't expect constant jump scares. The fear comes from the atmosphere, the silence, and the feeling that something is always watching you.
