Enchanted Expeditions: Chronicles of Creation

Changed a few configs files and they are as follows.

- Made the ender dragon and wither harder.

- Reduced the max number of ability totems to 5 due to balancing issues. 

- Fixed mobs not despawning sometimes

Added a few mods to make the end better and things for the ai the mobs use and VR
