If you are bored of the traditional Minecraft experience, check out Enchanted and Enhanced Experience (3E)! This modpack contains several additions, e.g., new foods, mobs, biomes, and items to enhance vanilla gameplay without straying too far from its roots (no tech except Create, no magic). 

Note: this is largely a mod for my Discord group, so there many be some bugs and incompatibilities (none as of the current version)!

This modpack requires Fabric 1.18.2.
