Update 0.4 - New Mods and new Content Nether UPDATE

Update Notes
-Added New Mods(RougelikeDuengeons, Champions, Born in A Barn, Electroblolbs Wizardry,
Iron backpacks and Quark).
-The New mods are Configured for this pack.
-Replaced the Basic Nether Mod with Nether Ores Plus
-Removed the Crates Crate for balancing issues
-In every single quest, you'll get the *New* "Regular Crate"
-Now there's no chance you'll get nothing from a crate
-Updated The pages
-you no longer start with the pulsating helmet (it was a late game item)

-Zombies no longer have special types from ROUGH MOBS
