Welcome to Ember & Artifice, a medium weight modpack based around two core mods. Explore the Dwarven depths of magic and tech with Embers rekindled. Or adventure into the high fantasy world of Mana & Artifice. Or better yet, both!

With an assortment of supporting mods such as aquaculture, chipped, Farmer's delight, Alex's caves, and Yung's mods you'll find plenty to explore and use your new found strengths for.

But beware! you'll face new dangers that you can't simply swing a sword at, Temperature and thirst will be constant advesaries throughout this modpack.

Main Features:

Hardcore features, Allows for two immersive ways of surviving in hardcore with your friends, When they die you'll have a short grace period where you can pick them back up off the ground, ala shooter games. Should they perish, you'll be able to revive them by sacrificing a totem of undying at a special altar. (This is the way this modpack was meant to be played!)
Expanded survival difficulty, you'll need to manage thirst and temperature in your builds, and gear to explore and dominate more hostile biomes, such as the nether or the arctic. With enemies spawning with more and more gear the more you advance to make sure things stay challenging.
World Exploration, with Alex's caves, Better Archeology, Yung's Mods, and Regions unexplored, there are many things out in the world to find, and with a few QoL mods like Callable horses, and Waystones it's less irritating than ever before to do so. You'll want an atlas to catalogue your exploration efforts, making vanilla maps useful again!
Rewarding food variety, I've always been a fan of not just eating the same food over and over again in minecraft, with Spice of life you'll be rewarded for expanding your pallette and searching for every edible item in the world, which with Farmer's delight this could end up being an entire quest to do so.
Beautiful bases, With chipped, handcrafted, and several other mods to help with block variety, you can build the castle, wizard tower, or dwarven forge of your dreams. With QoL building gadgets to assist you in building mega structures without jumping into creative mode.
New in this version: Ice and Fire! Now integrated into the modpack you'll find all the dangers and rewards of Ice and Fire, will your magical proficiency help you survive their firey onslaught?
