Eldritch Aeons

Study the world. Name its laws. Break them carefully.

Eldritch Aeons is a dark-fantasy magic and exploration modpack. Its central goal is to make multiple magic and adventure mods feel like parts of the same occult world rather than unrelated systems placed beside one another.

You begin with limited tools and incomplete knowledge. Progress comes from scanning the world, performing research, inscribing runes, binding spirits, exploring dangerous structures, and mastering increasingly unstable forms of magic.

A researched spell language

Build a Spell has been reworked into Arcane Syntax. Instead of accumulating essence and receiving random spell components, you craft exact Inscribed Runes and permanently learn their concepts.

• 75 crafted delivery, effect, and modifier runes
• Four progression tiers: Foundation, Structured, Infused, and Forbidden
• Arcane Workbench inscriptions, Occultism ritual inscriptions, and Thaumaturge infusion inscriptions
• Custom wands, research, textures, tooltips, and balance rules
• Capstone syntax including Teleport, Summon, Echo, Split, Double, and Fill

Dragonsteel as magical engineering

Draconic Artifice turns Dragonsteel into a late-game achievement. Dragonforge components require Dreadstone, Thaumium, dragon materials, and the Thaumaturge Infusion Matrix. The forge transforms Thaumium—not ordinary iron—under sustained dragon breath.

Thaumaturgy integrated with storage

This pack includes a small custom addon mod developed by the author that allows Thaumometer research directly inside Tom’s Simple Storage. Previously scanned items display their aspects, while unknown items can be scanned without manually moving stacks into the player inventory.

A connected dark-fantasy world

Explore the Twilight Forest, raid enormous structures, confront dragons, engage with Vampirism, bind Occultism spirits, and follow custom quests and research that connect the pack’s systems.

This is a public beta built on several rapidly developing Minecraft 26.1.2 mods. Reproducible issues should be reported through the GitHub repository (linked under wiki) with logs whenever possible.
