1.6.3 Has alot of post-game changes, and not many edits besides that.

• Chaos Core singularity now costs 4 to make
• Chaos Fragment singularity now costs 8
• Hyper Spark and Nebula items were created, and their subsequent recipes
• Ultimate singularities make 10, not 8, nether stars now
• Ultimate Ingot, Nugget, and Block recipes were made much more feasible, more inline with their original intent
• Enhanced Ender Block recipe was added
• Diamond --> Amethyst block recipes was moved to mana infusion (pools) rather than elven trade, as the latter didn't work
• Removed the WIP tag in the guidebook, and tweaked its early game entry to say, after thermal evaporation plants, it leads to mid, not post, game.
