Egdog history is a collection of mods for the 6th season of egdog experiments also known as egdog 6.

Egdog history has 6 eras so far and there is a file for each one. All run on forge 1.16.5.

The Stone Age adds a series of mods, the medieval era has those mods as well as it's own mods on top of that. Age of exploration has all the mods in the Stone Age and medieval era as well as its own and this carries on in each era.

Eras

Stone Age - This era is mostly made up of mods that make the early game much longer and harder and making the late game more limited.

Medieval Era - The medieval era adds a lot of mods, most of them to do with combat with other players.
Age of Exploration - The age of exploration is about exploring. I want to add a larger mod here but I'm undecided on that.
Industrial Revolution - This era is mostly just the Create mod, seeing as that alone can make an industrial revolution.

Modern Era - This era adds 3 Mr. crayfish mods to make the game feel more like the modern day.
Space Age - The only mod in the space Age is Beyond Earth, which at the moment is the 1.16.5 successor to Galacticraft.

If you wish to play on one world going through the eras, then the world file will have to be manually added to the saves folder of the next era.
In it's current implementation, egdog history has many flaws in its design, and is not supposed to be taken seriously as a fully fledged modpack.

Hopefully, the mods being added every era can give the player a feeling of progression and research. In the future, I hope I can code a mod to bring it all into one modpack, with a research mechanic to make this impression more real.
