Eat Them While They Sleep

Moderately sized update.

• Added another hostile mob that stalks in snowy or frozen environments
• Added the ability to craft gunpowder as Creeper spawns are by default disabled
• Changed a few options in the config files for multiple mods
• Small QoL improvements and fixes in the form of performance mods (customizable by a large degree)
• Removal of the gun mod for better immersion and endgame balance (they may come back in a future update)

The modpack is shaping up now, as a lot of playing has been done behind-the-scenes. Still learning.
