Minor changes:

• Slightly changed the recipes for Empowered Restonia, Enori, and Void Crystal.
• Slightly increased the amount of Sulfur obtained from refining Brown Sludge.
• Adjusted the transfer limits of Modular Machinery energy hatches. The Chemical Plant needs at least a Small Energy Input Hatch and the overclocked Automatic Sweeper needs a Normal Energy Input Hatch. 
• Added Shock Absorbers and a Sludge Refiner to the Reinforced Smasher Controller recipe.

Bugfixes:

• Fixed an issue that broke AE2 Inscribers after reloading the world by reverting to an older version of the mod.
• Fixed the Automatic Sweeper not accepting bigger Energy Input Hatches.
