New trait: Angelic

A Silent Gear trait that exists only on rings and comes from the Unobtainium material. While the ring is equipped, the wearer gets free flight, just like Creative mode, with no time limit.

New enchanted book: Fly Footing

A single-level boots enchantment. It removes the mining speed penalty while flying: in the air, mining runs at normal speed instead of 5x slower.
