This mod pack's primary purpose is to facilitate the gathering of a specific group of friends on a single Minecraft server, and as such will tend to follow said group's whims, if you can handle that and wish to play the way we do, by all means, give the pack a try, if not, then move along, there's probably a better pack for you elsewhere on Curseforge.
The pack includes tech and magic, and things in-between.
It is primarily based around magic and all things related thereto, but sometimes you really just need that one tech mod, so several of those have been thrown in and integrated in such a way as to be unobtrusive, but present when you need them.
Also included are a number of low-tech solutions (Tinkers' anyone?), and mid-tech solutions (Immersive Engineering)
Oregen has been configured to allow at most 2-3 mods to generate any given ore, so there will be no more diamond chests full of copper when you've only found an oak chest of anything else.
Player beware, however, as some of the mods included in this pack are experimental versions, and are unlikely to ever be replaced with stable versions.
