-Removed Iron Fishing Rod as it was not needed

-Disabled Quark Backpacks
-Disabled Quark Matrix Enchanting
-Disabled Quark Dark Souls Mode
-Enabled 'Spawn Totem on PVP Kill'
Crafting Recipes:
-Fixed not being able to get 9 dark iron ingots back from a dark iron block
