Mod author pushed a fix THE EXACT MOMENT I uploaded 1.2.3. Here we go again...
From 1.2.3:
HUGE sanity overhaul!
- Make nether & end dimensions SLIGHTLY more hospitable
- Cigs effectiveness more than doubled
- Drinks have hardly any cooldown, and tend to be more effective
- Special foods cooldown decreased
Added protection against infection to nearly all modded armors
