Disabled the Extra utilities BAG of holding due to a bug that causes the contents to be lost

Enabled Foam fix experamental options

Enabled a dimension unload delay of 5 seconds

Hardcore darkness levels in the overworld outside now depend on moon light

Disabled Harder Branch Mining hunger mechanic, needs balanced a bit

Tweaked rough mobs to be a little less rough:
Creeper fuse time is now 60
Creeper invisability is now 1 block
Disabled enderman item theft
Ghasts do not drop TNT
Pigmen are no longer always agressive
Pigmen will be agressive if you touch them, don't do that, PERSONAL SPACE
Silverfish will not split
Skeleton bows have some cooldown (75%)
Rough mobs only spawn 512+ blocks from spawn
Spiders aren't guaranteed to slow and will not web targets

Added more spice of life levels

Decreased weirding gadget from 48 hours to 24 hours
