Notice that the majority of the biomes o' plenty are disabled in config. This is to give the world a more pointedly magical feel and make it easier to locate isle of berk mod dragons since they only spawn in vanilla biomes. If you want to experience all the biomes you need to change the wanted biomes to true in the config folder.
