Dragon Claw Adventure 1

Some changes to default configs for various mods to resolve some weird behavior.

Config changes
- scroll in large chest, while also scroll-moving items no longer happens because Mouse Tweaks wheel tweaks is now off by default.

- Charm no longer spawns its own variant of the moobloom.

- End Goblin traders only spawn in the End now

- Immersive weathering now requires you to crouch to crack bricks with a pickaxe

Removed Mods
- Horse Expert was removed due to incompatibility with Adaptive Tooltips, causing a game breaking crash that would persist until the item would be removed by file editing.
