A Dragon Ball Z-inspired SMP modpack for Minecraft Java Edition, built on top of Dragon Block Noea and Dragon Mine Z. It bundles the full space-exploration, fusion, aging and transformation experience with performance optimization, voice chat, and quality-of-life additions so you can play it smoothly with friends.
Built for Multiplayer
Designed from the ground up as an SMP experience. Proximity voice chat with player-made group channels for raid squads, fusion partners and PvP teams, navigation tools for planet-hopping, and Dragon Mine Z's built-in safe zones protecting spawn and player bases. Combat damage and destruction are left intact outside those zones — this is DBZ, fights are supposed to level the terrain.
Runs Smooth, No Lag
A full performance stack — optimized rendering, memory usage, chunk loading and entity AI — keeps the server responsive even with multiple players active across Noea's planets and battles at once.
Choose Your Race & Build Your Fighter
Pick from Dragon Mine Z's core races plus Noea's two additions — Glind/Demon and Sphinxian. Train toward transformations and shape your character's appearance with the Form Creator, giving every power-up a look of its own.
Grow Old, Grow Strong
Powered by DMZ: Generations, your fighter isn't static — they age. Start as a child and grow through Teen, Young Adult, Adult and Elder, each stage shifting your stats, size and available perks: faster movement as a kid, fastest skill growth as a teen, peak combat power as an adult, strong Ki regen and a mentor aura as an elder. Train in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber to accelerate aging. Once you reach elderhood, rebirth — reset your progress and return as a child of the next generation with a permanent stat buff that grows with each rebirth, up to Generation 5. You keep your race and can fully re-customize your look each time.
Fuse With Other Players
Four fusion methods are available: Fusion Dance (same-race only), Potara, Fusion Arm Bands, and Five-way Ultra Fusion (Potara/Arm Bands support mixed races). Fused characters inherit appearance traits — hair, race features — from both contributors. No fusion partner online? The Fusion Expert offers story-gated NPC partners so fusion is still explorable solo.
Design Your Gamma Suit
A full in-game Gamma suit editor — customize chest number, suit and glove colors, boots, belt, helmet, cape and fins, with a live preview of your actual character as you edit. Rotate the preview to check the cape, toggle armor visibility, then save or discard the design.
Explore a Living Universe
Launch a space pod and travel between planets, moons and other explorable worlds, each with its own terrain, skies, and inhabitants. Some planets are peaceful; others are hostile. Take on planet missions — liberate a world or conquer it, with nearby players able to help and share rewards. Realistic Mode (off by default) is available as a world-wide setting for servers that want harder race/transformation balance and slower progression.
Fight Your Way Through the Story
Follow Dragon Mine Z's story progression, layered with Noea's added bosses and systems. Compete in World Tournament brackets, and unlock the Tournament of Power after completing the Buu storyline. Story progress keeps unlocking new reasons to return to the arena and the Fusion Expert.
A World That Reacts to You
Dragon Mine Z populates the world with wandering warriors, factions, training groups, patrols and Guardian Corps response encounters as you explore — the world isn't empty between story beats. Shift + right-click any NPC fighter (or use a DMZ Scouter for combat stats) to check them out before engaging.
Terrain Built for Battle
World generation is expanded with Terralith on top of Noea's own planet biomes, giving more varied, distinct terrain to fight across — and since grief is intentional here, that terrain is meant to take damage. Fights are supposed to leave craters.
